THE ROLE
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions. You’ll handle a wide range of enquiries, including coach hire bookings, local bus services, and school transport services. This role involves making and taking customer calls, responding to enquiries, and accurately entering booking and enquiry data into our systems.
You’ll work as part of a supportive team, helping to deliver a world-class customer enquiry experience, leading within the passenger transport sector.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to enquiries relating to coach hire, bus services, and school transport
• Enter and maintain accurate records for enquiries and bookings
• Provide clear, helpful information and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high customer service standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• A positive, customer-focused approach
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
• Confidence handling phone-based enquiries and data entry
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
Full training will be provided, so we welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn.
