  • A first-use safety check is completed by the driver before every hire
  • Each vehicle is inspected by our engineering team every 35–42 days
  • Only snacks and confectionery may be consumed without prior permission.
  • Substantial meals (such as fast food) and drinks may not be consumed without prior consent from the Company or driver.
  • No alcohol may be carried or consumed without prior written consent from the Company.
  • It is illegal to carry or consume alcohol on coaches travelling to or from designated sporting events under the Sporting Events (SE) Act.
  • The Hirer is responsible for any fines or costs resulting from breaches of this legislation.
No animals may be carried without prior written agreement, except for:
  • Guide dogs
  • Registered assistance dogs
  • Hearing dogs
These must be notified to the Company in advance. Passengers remain responsible for any damage caused by permitted animals.
Yes, decorations (for example, for weddings) may be permitted with prior notice and Company approval.
